Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (home care and cleaning liquids), we do not accept returns to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:

Product must be unused and in original packaging. Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Only issues related to damage, leakage, or wrong item will be considered.
